Couples and Family Therapy
Anne believes that couples and family therapy should focus on promoting positive relationships within the couple/family unit. She understands the importance of providing a nonjudgmental, client-centered environment that allows each member to freely express their thoughts and feelings without feeling judged or criticized.

Anne utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness to help improve communication skills, boundaries, and coping skills towards building healthy relationships, foster intimacy and vulnerability, and resolve conflicts.
Couples counseling and family therapy are also offered to help families learn how to communicate effectively, manage stress, and develop healthy coping strategies.
